I bought another box of these gloves, so yes they hold up really well while working on truck and tractors. I like the dimpling on the glove, it gives a bit of extra grip. I bought cheaper gloves before, they usually tear up easily, but these seem to hold up more so under abuse. I definitely will buy again.
